A-Z Challenge Just Jeanne

In the TV program, "Will and Grace" one of the characters would enter a room and announce he was "Just Jack!" For J, I will be "Just Jeanne" and tell you a little about me.

First of all, my birthday is in June so that makes me a Jemini! OK I know I cheated on that one, but it is the J sound. My favorite kick-around clothes are jeans and jammies and you can find me pretty much in one or the other.

Favorite things? Um,  Jujubes, Jujyfruits, the kind of candy that pulls your teeth out. I also like jello. I like it to eat and I like to plant lots of coins in big jello molds for gifts for people so they have to dig the money out of the jello.

I like to feed birds, specifically blue jays which will take unshelled peanuts from me and open them and eat them. I also like to journal because it allows me to express my ideas and save them.

I'm a pretty jovial person most of the time, despite the fact that my joints ache and I'm gettin' older rapidly. My sons would probably say I'm a bit jerky at times but what do they know? I think it's because I irritate them with phrases like "Jeepers Creepers" and "Jeez Whiz" just to irritate them and get my jollies.

Despite all of my juvenile behavior, please don't judge me. I keep getting calls for jury duty. You may be on trial and look up and discover me in the jury box. Jeepers Creepers!

I could live in jeans and jammies, too! And putting money in Jello? Hilarious! Gotta try that one.

it is fun to put money in jello. I have done it for birthday and graduation parties. You get some spare change. Make up 2 bowls of jello. I add a little extra non flavored gelatine to make it stronger. Put one done layer on the other and put the coins in, making sure the jello is hard enough to keep in layers. Empty on a cookie sheet and go at it, camera and all. Its like a messy pinata. FUn.

Oh, I loved Will and Grace--Jack was my favorite! Brings back good memories and fun times. Now I wish I had a "J" name so I could be "Just somebody". "Just Angela" doesn't ring so well. Nuts. I do saw Jeez all the time too.

Great post--super fun.

Consider yourself stalked. You are officially in the BEST DARN BLOGS EVER! file and so I will return soon.

This was fun! :)
Enjoyed learning a little about you.

The blue jays around here bully all the other smaller birds and clean out our feeder in a day!

Jeans and Jammies? I think we must share a closet. Does a robe count as jammies if there are jujubes in the pocket? Don't tell my husband but I have a secret stash of those gummy candies hidden in the closet.

Oh, Plain Jane, you don't know. I kept jujubes (in the giant size boxes, now) behind pillows on the sofa, in my files in my office and in my bag for work, where they would fall out of the box and every now and then I would find a shining jujube, dust it off and savor it's flavor. Gotta love those jujubes.

Love it! Such a fun way to learn a little bit more of you. My daughter makes fun of me for saying, "Hullabaloo" (sp?) :)
